The program spans over a six to twelve month period and involves 10 team training days and a minimum of 12 face to face or telephone personal coaching sessions per participant with unlimited e-mail support. The program is kicked off with a three day session and followed up by three two day session and a final session upon conclusion of the program.

The personal coaching maximizes the learning experience by providing one on one support in the implementation of the learning in the day to day work environment. It also ensures that everyone is prepared to move forward in subsequent group sessions.
