This is not a substitute for therapy and it's not business strategy; you do the heavy lifting; we will guide you by asking questions to facilitate you finding solutions to your challenges and roadblocks. Through the coaching process, advice and guidance will be offered to empower change and skill development. We will provide personal support, objectivity and constructive feedback you require to achieve success. Personal Excellence Coaching is an ongoing process customized to meet your specific needs to achieve your vision for your success. This experience will help identify and remedy the underlying causes of behaviour that may be blocking your success. The tools used are based on The Human Element® Behaviour Preferences Model and Jack Canfield Success Principles; they are valid and proven effective. Recognizing change is a process, not a one time learning event, a minimum six-month commitment is required. Over the six months two telephone conversations will be scheduled each month; these calls last between 45 to 60 minutes. To provide additional support with situations and questions that come up between calls, unlimited e-mail contact is encouraged.
